This vintage bisque clay figurine features a Suzy's Zoo anthropomorphic animal character Ritz Quacker (later renamed to Fritz Quacker), a yellow duck holding a red heart and signing 'I Love You'.
Designed by artist Suzy Spafford of San Diego, CA and made by United Designs Corporation in 1990 as one of the set of 23 figurines. This USA company had been in business between 1973-2004 in Noble, OK. Their sculptures were handcrafted and hand-painted in the US.
