This energy efficient commercial dishwasher uses only 0.78 gallons of water per rack and has the capacity to clean up to 31 racks in an hour! Each cycle only takes 116 seconds to complete, so you’ll never find yourself behind on clean up.
The SUH uses a 4.9kW booster heater to heat the water to the minimum 180°F temperature necessary to effectively sanitize dishes. It also comes equipped with detergent and rinse-aid pumps so you can begin using it right away.
This unit features clear controls and a digital display that make it easy to set and monitor the dishwashing progress.
The dishwasher is compact and can easily fit right under the counter, making it perfect for kitchens with limited space. Despite its small footprint, the SUH has a 17” opening that can accommodate a variety of rack types with ease.
